Internet Problems

For the past couple of weeks I've been having problems with my connect! Everytime I try to view a Flash, especially one that's a pop up window my computer disconnects! Same with YouTube. And it's not just the internet itself, some programs on my computer cause disconnection, if you can believe how that works! Can someone send me a link to some software or help me figure out how to fix this because this crap is pissing me off!

Well it's fixed now, I got a new computer back in April and the Flash movies have been working great! Sorry I never mentioned that before
